About
A serious engineering practice, kept close to the work
We design and build AI-native software products end to end. The model is deliberately simple: senior people, direct communication, and ownership of the whole product rather than a slice of it.
The approach
AI-first, not AI-only
AI is our strongest specialization. The difference is that we can engineer the entire product it lives inside - and stand behind all of it.
AI-first, not AI-only
AI is a core specialization - but we can engineer the entire product around it. You get intelligent features and the reliable software they live in, from one team.
Product thinking and engineering
We do more than implement tickets. We think through architecture, experience, and trade-offs - and push back when something won't serve the product.
End-to-end ownership
Frontend, backend, AI systems, APIs, deployment, and quality handled as one coherent build. No drift across handoffs, no gaps between teams.
Founder-led
You talk directly with the person responsible for engineering quality and execution - from the first conversation through delivery.
Built for production
The goal is not a prototype or a demo. Products are engineered for real users, real load, and continued development after launch.
Founder-led
Senior attention from the first conversation.
You won't be handed from sales to account management to an unknown delivery team.
Projects begin with a direct conversation with the founder, and stay close to the people doing the work. Product and engineering decisions are made by the same people who understand both the goal and the code - which is how you avoid the slow game of telephone that quietly degrades most software projects.
It also means honesty. When something is a bad idea, expensive for little return, or simply not the right thing to build yet, you'll hear that early - while it's still cheap to change course.
How we think
A few principles
Not a manifesto - just the things that tend to decide whether a product build goes well.
Boring where it counts
We use proven, unglamorous technology for the load-bearing parts and save the novelty for where it genuinely helps the product.
Honest scoping
We'd rather tell you something is hard, unnecessary, or the wrong thing to build than take the work and find out together later.
Own the whole surface
Interface, API, data, AI, and deployment as one coherent system - so nothing falls through the gaps between teams.
Reliability is a feature
A demo that works once isn't the goal. We engineer for the bad day: the edge case, the retry, the traffic spike, the wrong answer.
How we work
A process that stays close to the work
Five stages, no theatre. The decisions that are hard to reverse are made early and deliberately.
Understand
Clarify the problem, the users, the requirements, and the commercial goal. Cheap to change now, expensive to change later.
Architect
Define product scope, system design, and technical strategy - including the decisions that are hard to reverse, made deliberately.
Build
Ship in focused iterations with visible progress. A working product at each step, not a big reveal at the end.
Launch
Production deployment, QA, observability, and hardening - the unglamorous work that decides whether a launch holds.
Improve
Continue based on feedback, real usage, and new opportunities. Good products are iterated, not finished.
